All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched. If your tracking information isn’t updating, it may take a few days for the system to refresh. Please reach out to us if you don’t see updates after 5 business days.

Delivery times vary by region. For the U.S. and Europe, it typically takes 6-9 business days, while other regions may take 8-11 business days. You can find the full breakdown on our Shipping Policy page.

We generally take 2-3 business days to process your order and hand it over to our shipping partners. However, during busy periods like holidays, this may extend to 5 days.

Unfortunately, once your order has started processing, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

We do not offer free refunds for returned items. However, if you receive a damaged product, we offer free replacements. Contact us at Support@Cevoralving.com for assistance.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim with your shipping carrier. Unfortunately, HeadCaddy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
